Baby Blanket Complete!

I know it has been a while since I have posted. I have made some progress on the quilting but have not posted the pictures yet. I will do that soon.

In the meantime, I finally finished my granny-square baby blanket! Ta-da!

Fat Quarters!

Next weekend I'm taking a fat quarter piecing class with my friend Spring in Lebanon NJ! Yesterday we went to the Pennington Quilt Works to get my very first fat quarters. Here they are:

My First Project

This week I figured out how to thread the bobbin and the needle and I hemmed a fallen hem from a pair of pants I haven't worn since I decided that staples in the hem were unprofessional!

New Sewing Journey!

I am embarking on a sewing journey! Today I purchased my first ever sewing machine. I hope that the Flemington Sew N Vac did not lead me astray.



Next plan is to read the instruction booklet and then sign up for a quilting class at Pennington Quilts Works!
